ST. JUDE IRON COVENANT β€” MEN 6 Week Catholic Strength & Discipline Protocol Built for men who are tired of inconsistency, soft standards, and starting over. St. Jude Iron Covenant is a 6-week Catholic strength and accountability system designed to forge disciplined men through structure, training, sacrifice, and spiritual leadership. This is not a motivational challenge. It is a covenant. Inspired by Saint Jude β€” patron of impossible causes β€” this program is built for the man rebuilding himself physically, mentally, and spiritually through daily obedience instead of emotion. Every phase is designed to help men: * Build strength without burnout * Stay accountable week after week * Develop consistency instead of relying on motivation * Lead themselves and their families with discipline * Become harder to quit when life gets difficult NOTE: the finishers on each day are optional. They do get more intense as each week progresses. Depending on your fitness goals, you can adjust these.

Welcome to STRONG MOTHERS LITTLE SAINTS! I am a mother, wife and fitness trainer. Staying healthy: mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually is how I am able to tackle my day to day. Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone β€” regardless of equipment β€” to help you get in shape.
