A 4-week Catholic devotional + bodyweight training system for families that builds discipline, faith, authority in Christ, and unity in the home through daily Scripture reflection, shared prayer, and structured progressive workouts for all ages.
Week 1 builds discipline (St. Joseph), Week 2 builds trust under pressure (St. Mary), Week 3 builds identity and resistance to temptation in Christ, and Week 4 unites the family as a domestic church on mission.
Each day combines Scripture, reflection, a simple family action, and scalable bodyweight training so children, teens, and adults train and grow together spiritually and physically.
With June being the month of FATHERS, week 1 is a great beginning with Saint Joseph.
