Immaculate Heart of Mary: 33-Day Consecration for Mothers Raising Saints is a beautiful Catholic journey for mothers who desire to grow closer to Jesus through Mary while leading their families toward holiness. For 33 days, mothers and children are invited to pray, learn, move, and grow together through daily Scripture, Marian devotion, simple movement, and family faith formation. This consecration is an invitation to place your heart, your home, and your family within the loving care of Our Blessed Mother. As Mary leads us closer to her Son, we learn to become women of faith, courage, peace, and perseverance—mothers who build strong families, strong homes, and future saints. Each day includes a short Scripture reading, a Marian reflection, a daily prayer, and a simple Camino de Fe movement session to nourish the mind, body, and soul. Together we pray. Together we grow. Together we raise saints. Immaculate Heart of Mary, lead us to Jesus. ♥️

Welcome to STRONG MOTHERS LITTLE SAINTS! I am a mother, wife and fitness trainer. Staying healthy: mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually is how I am able to tackle my day to day. I am here to motivate and encourage you to bring forth the best version of yourself. And to have fun doing it! My workouts will range from beginner/bodyweight to minimal equipment you can do at home to workouts you can take to a gym or do if you have access to multiple weights and barbells. It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
