DAUGHTER OF THE KING 6-Week Mother & Daughter Couch to 5K Journey This is not just training. It is time reclaimed—together. Daughter of the King is a 6-week mother–daughter running journey designed to build strength in the body, discipline in the mind, and unity in the heart. Three days a week, you’ll follow a simple Couch to 5K path—walking and running side by side, gradually building endurance until you complete a 5K together. No pressure. No comparisons. Just steady progress shared between you. Two additional days each week include short, effective bodyweight workouts to strengthen legs, core, and posture—supporting both running and confidence. What makes this different is the foundation beneath it. Each day includes a Catholic devotional for mother and daughter, centered on identity as Daughters of the King. Through Scripture and reflection, you will grow in faith, discipline, and connection—learning to see yourselves, and each other, through God’s eyes. By the end of 6 weeks, you will have: * Completed your first 5K together * Built consistent fitness habits * Strengthened your bodies and endurance * Deepened your bond through shared faith and discipline This is for mothers who want presence over distance, and daughters learning strength through love and example. Welcome to STRONG MOTHERS LITTLE SAINTS! I am a mother, wife and fitness trainer. Staying healthy: mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually is how I am able to tackle my day to day. I am here to motivate and encourage you to bring forth the best version of yourself. And to have fun doing it! My workouts will range from beginner/bodyweight to minimal equipment you can do at home to workouts you can take to a gym or do if you have access to multiple weights and barbells. I do not guarantee a quick fix because you only get out what you put in. So give it your best every time!

Plus, trainers walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
