Hey friends, it’s nikki!☺️ I’d love for you to get to know a little bit about me.. I’m from Orange County, CA. I played soccer for 17 years of my life, through college, & have a passion for all things fitness/nutrition! In 2020, I started my own Activewear brand, nikkiFONT, to inspire women & help them feel confident in & out of the gym. My ultimate goal in life is to make a new person’s day, everyday. To live for others & help you all become the best versions of yourselves, mentally & physically. What are the goals of the program?
This challenge is to help you build the habit of drinking more water! It takes 2-3 weeks to build a habit, so by challenging ourselves to be consistent for 30 days, we’re actually training our body to CRAVE more water!
How to get the best outcome of the program?
I personally recommend getting a HydroJug! (code: nikki15) A HydroJug is a half gallon. This means you only need to drink 2 per day! In my opinion, this is a mental challenge, therefore 2 HydroJugs feels like less water than 4 (24oz hydro flasks) REGARDLESS - get a water bottle that has measurements :)
How to schedule the program into a week?
