What are the goals of the program? To get you familiar with staple movements in the gym. Every 2 weeks, we will be challenging ourselves to step out of our comfort zone & try new machines.
How to get the best outcome of the program? Follow it to a T! Try to stick to the program as efficiently as possible to achieve maximum results.
How to schedule the program into a week? I personally like to start my week on a Monday, taking Sunday off for my rest day.
However, feel free to start every week on whatever day you desire!
I recommend getting your workouts done first thing in the morning, but if you prefer lifting in the afternoon or evening — that’s works fine as well.
What do I need to participate in this program? Gym membership — apartment gym will work too!
