Hi love💕 — I’m Nicolette Kousoulas, Menopause Fitness Coach and owner of Living Fitness in Newport Coast, CA. With over 30 years of experience coaching women in their 40s, 50s, and beyond, I specialize in strength training, metabolic conditioning, and helping midlife women get real results without burning out their bodies. Frequently asked questions

Do I need a gym for this program?
Nope! Midlife Metabolic Jumpstart is designed to be done right at home. All you need are a set of dumbbells and a few resistance bands for movement prep. A bench is optional — you can easily modify every exercise without one.
What equipment do I need?
Just dumbbells and resistance bands. That’s it. A bench can be helpful for certain moves, but it’s totally not required.
Is this program good for beginners or women coming back from a long break?
Yes! The first 3 weeks focus on foundational strength work to rebuild stability, confidence, and proper movement patterns. You’ll progress safely into more metabolic work in weeks 4–6.
Will there be modifications?
Absolutely. Every exercise demo includes clear modifications so you can adjust based on your fitness level, joint comfort, or equipment setup.
What if I have aches, pains, or mobility issues?
I’ve got you. The foundational phase builds strength without stressing your joints, and the movement-prep band work and mobility gets everything aligned and firing properly. Plus, the detailed audio cueing in every workout helps keep your form safe and aligned.
How long are the workouts?
Most workouts are 35–45 minutes — long enough to be effective, short enough to fit into a busy midlife schedule. Includes movement prep.
Can I repeat the program?
Yes! After 6 weeks, you can run it again with heavier weight or increased intensity to keep progressing and boosting your metabolism.
What results can I expect?
