About the program

14 week postpartum program focusing on healing and regaining strength from the inside out! Weeks 1-6: All about reconnecting to your body Weeks 7-9: Rebuilding your mind- body connection Weeks 10- 14: Reclaiming your strength Progressive workouts that work to heal your deep core and pelvic floor and you recover overall from birth. Days progressing from 2 workouts per week to 5 as we regain our strength, stability and reclaim our bodies.

    Growing up I was never the most athletic person in the room. In college I made the choice to buy a gym membership and take my health seriously. Through creators on Instagram and my nursing education I was able to teach myself about the gym, build my own workouts, structure my nutrition and see results!     Do I need to purchase equipment?
    Almost all of my workouts only require dumbbells, some need bands and others possibly need a Pilates ball or pillow! No matter what you have access to, there’s something for everyone to help you get in shape!
