The Hybrid Athlete Program 2.0 is a program designed for you to take your performance to the next level. Through 2 different phases (Full Body Strength & Push/Pull/Legs), you will train at a high level to transform your body in a multitude of ways with the goal of improving your OVERALL well-being!
Focusing on building strength and lean muscle while moving functionally, this program will help you push you to your limits and improve many levels of your overall fitness.
Goal: Strength, Lean Muscle, Fat Loss
Length: 10 Weeks — 6 days/week, split into 2 phases with DELOAD weeks in each phase
Level: Intermediate - Advanced (a great option after the Hybrid Athlete Program or Functional Weight Loss Program)
Equipment: Barbell/Plates, Dumbbells, Bench, Cables/Pulley System — Gym Access or Home Gym
Time per workout: 45 min. - 1 hr., 15 min.
