The Hybrid Athlete Program 2.0 is a program designed for you to take your performance to the next level. Through 2 different phases (Full Body Strength & Push/Pull/Legs), you will train at a high level to transform your body in a multitude of ways with the goal of improving your OVERALL well-being! Focusing on building strength and lean muscle while moving functionally, this program will help you push you to your limits and improve many levels of your overall fitness. Goal: Strength, Lean Muscle, Fat Loss Length: 10 Weeks — 6 days/week, split into 2 phases with DELOAD weeks in each phase Level: Intermediate - Advanced (a great option after the Hybrid Athlete Program or Functional Weight Loss Program) Equipment: Barbell/Plates, Dumbbells, Bench, Cables/Pulley System — Gym Access or Home Gym Time per workout: 45 min. - 1 hr., 15 min.

About Nick Walker

Online personal trainer

Growing up, I was an athlete my entire life. I went to college to play division 1 baseball at Austin Peay State University. After suffering an injury late in my career that held me back from my dream of playing professional baseball, I decided I did not want anyone else to miss out on their dreams. I have always had a passion for helping people and a passion for the body and how it works. After earning a Master’s Degree in Health & Human Performance, I decided to become a certified trainer where I worked at Equinox, Berkeley. From there, I took my interests outdoors and trained hundreds of clients with minimal equipment to help them achieve their goals in health and wellness. My aim is to help people have fun in the process of movement , even if it is just getting started on their journey. At the root of my fitness philosophy is positivity and mental clarity. We will not only work together on movement goals but work together achieve a healthy body AND mind.

What are the goals of the program?
This program will focus on building overall strength, increase lean muscle mass, reduce fat, and build cardiovascular health!
How to get the best outcome of the program?
To get the best results, you should follow the program and it’s specificity. A lot of people see exercises they may not like and just say “oh I’ll do this exercise with ________.” And then they do something they “enjoy.” Part of this programming is mental as well! It’s not supposed to be easy to get the best results. Follow a diet and eliminate processed foods (rid of things in wrappers and boxes)!
How to schedule the program into a week?
Follow this program to what fits best for your lifestyle! I recommend taking Sundays off to rest and recover.
What do I need to participate in this program?
You will need gym access to compete this program! Or, if you have a home gym with a barbell and plates, adjustable dumbbells, and a pulley system, you could get away with it!
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
This program is for anyone intermediate to advanced levels. However, there are videos and cues to help walk you through the exercises if you do not know how to do an exercise!
