Welcome to the 30 for 30 Challenge and Happy New Year!! As we all know, the new year is a time to start fresh, to form new habits, to gain mental clarity, or whatever else you may have in mind. To me, it comes down to one common denominator - we are all looking to GROW! What is the 30 for 30 challenge? I made this challenge to encourage you to take the new year into your own hands by encouraging healthy habits. SO...the challenge is simple.
For the next 30 days, every day, you will complete each day of this program. You can expect to have days as simple as going on a walk while some days may be a 30 minute bodyweight routine. Whatever it is, I want to encourage you to move through space for 30 minutes each day!
Why encourage 30 minutes of exercise each day? In my opinion, physical movement produces mental movement. Mental health is something that I hold very close to me and something I want to give to the world through fitness and seeing how good you can feel in your own skin through healthy habits.
I believe stacking these little habits (like moving for 30 minutes a day) leads to mental clarity, productivity in your own life, and overall increase in well-being!
