It’s deadlift season!! Seriously, one of my favorite lifts. Nothing makes you feel more like a beast than moving a ton of weight. But BE CAREFUL! If you are new to the deadlift, make sure you have an expert nearby to ensure you are doing the lift correctly. This is a 12 week program, 1 workout per week. I prefer to do these workouts on Sunday mornings so I can take lots of rest between sets.
