This program is to put it frankly is a challenge in itself. Sometimes we need to embark on a journey of mental toughness in order to grow both physically and mentally. If you are a beginner to fitness, we do not suggest that you start with this program. This program is designed for someone at the moderate to advance level. Most people that start this program will not finish it. It is a 7 day a week program meaning there are no off days for 6 weeks. While there are some “lighter” days built in to manage recovery 90% of the time will be spent combining strength training and high volume, high intensity training.
If you complete these 6 weeks you will not only be in the best shape of your life, but you will have put your body through one hell of a training program. However, the more important part is that you will have taken your mental toughness to another level.
There will be days that you feel you can’t train because you might be sore or slightly fatigued. Believe me you can push forward. Just count down 5,4,3,2,1 and walk out the door. Turn your brain off and do the work.
This is not a weightless training program, while you might lose some body fat that is not its intention. You need to ensure you are eating proper nutrition so that you are properly fueled for your training events as well as recovery. If you are not consuming enough calories to recover, then that will be the crux of this training program and you will fail. If you need help in that department, check out our No Excuses Nutrition Guide.
