Do I have to use kettlebells?
No. Although preferred, you can find or create an implement that would mimic a kettlebell and perform the exercises with such devise.
Do I have to stay within the 30-45 min timeframe?
No. As with any training program perform the excerises to the best of your ability at a given speed/intensity that you can maintain.
What if i can not perform a specific exercise?
Perform each exercise as stated to the best of your ability. If an exercise can not be performed "exactly" as shown, you can modify as needed to best replicate the exercise stated.
