Does the workouts require any equipment?
I like to keep things simple! A lot of the exercises could be done with just your body weight (no equip). At times you will only need some resistance bands, and DB or KBs.
What’s the main goal for your workouts?
To provide you with the most compressive programming and exercise selection to stay healthy and injury or pain-free in your fitness journey
