We gonna start this off with a pull focused day! Personally I always feel accomplished when I finish a pulling workout :)

Day 1 done. The second exercise was a bit awkward for me to balance each time I went down. The pull exercises with band was excellent- nice targeting with each set.

Great exercises to give 2022 a suburb start! I feel that the movements with the tension band are really good for stronger muscles. With the “down down up” im still struggling a bit.
