I actually use this routine a lot. It is a nice quick and easy set of movements that will relieve any tightness in your upper back, neck, and shoulders.

In college I played soccer. Half soccer team signed up for ballet lessons at the University. We did exercises similar to this and flexibility exercises. As a result the other half of the soccer team that did not practice stability exercises did so much worse in their gameplay. Learning these spatial stability exercises will help you in so many ways.
