I do a lot of body weight exercises but I will add equipment based classes with dumbbells, kettlebells, fit balls, wall, chair, foam roller etc Let me know what equipment you have at home!
What’s the main goal for your workouts?
The main goal is for fitness to be fun. The strength, flexibility and mobility will all come as well. Let’s get strong and playful together. You’ll work hard but the time will fly by.
