Over ten days, Sonia — a 500-hour certified yoga teacher and development project manager in New York City — will guide you through simple yoga flows, grounding meditations, and mindset shifts designed to:

    Mindfulness & Yoga Instructor

    Originally from Greece, Sonia Onasi moved to New York City to study engineering and soon found herself navigating the intensity and fast pace of city life. Yoga became her way to slow down, stay grounded, and reconnect with what truly matters. What began as a personal practice evolved into a lifestyle philosophy — one that helped her find balance between structure and flow, effort and ease. Certified in both 200-hour and 300-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and Reiki I, Sonia brings a mindful and intentional approach to every class she teaches. Through her platform, Namaste City, Sonia shares tools that help busy professionals cultivate calm amidst chaos — from short yoga flows and grounding meditations to practical mindset shifts that promote clarity, focus, and balance in everyday life. ✨ Move with purpose.
