Hey babes! If you're here, it's probably because you feel burnt out and worn down from the fitness world. GIRL SAME. This was me years ago....burning the candle at both ends. Spending hours between cardio, lifting, yoga....trying to make it all work. Hopping from trend to trend and program to program. Until I was tapped out and done. Then I formulated Bite-Sized for myself. I began leaning into the mindset that LESS can be more, and lead to more results. I let go of the rigidity of what fitness is 'supposed to look like' and fell in love with cozy workouts at home. Under 20 minutes and a cup of tea on standby. Because your mental health doesn't have to take a toll for your physical health to thrive. They should work together. This isn't a dead end my friend. It's just a pivot. I'm so happy you are here.
