Welcome to Self Love Sweat!!! I’m so excited to dive into this four week journey with you. I created this program because I’m a huge believer that physical fitness is just one piece of the overall pie that is our wellbeing. During the next month we will dive into mobility, strengthening, yoga, nervous system regulation, and breath work. We will move our bodies out of utter amazement and respect for all they are capable of. And we will begin to build some muscles in the process. 💁🏼‍♀️

Welcome to Self Love Sweat!

This program is SUPER customizable, although I’ve designed it strategically to how I personally would love to move throughout a week. But this doesn’t mean you can’t shake this up for what is best for your schedule and body. As you go throughout this month, some weeks you might just want to take the strengthening classes. Some weeks you might just want to take the yoga classes. You might choose to only do 2-3 rounds of the strength training instead of 4. Or you might want to add in some weights if you’re used to practicing with dumbbells. The beauty of this program is you can really make it your own. Although I’d challenge you to at least try one full week of how it’s programmed and see what you think! As always, I’m here to answer questions and support you.   • It’s a 4 week Monday-Sunday class schedule with classes being 40-45 minutes in length.
  • It’s scaleable. This means if ya aren’t feeling 4 rounds of strength training, you do 2 or 3.
  • This is an at-home body-weight program.

About Morgan Tyler

Hey lovely humans!

I began yoga in early 2014 after I retired from 10 years of professional swimming and coaching. I was completely burnt out and had no idea what the next season of life looked like for me. I found yoga through Instagram and began participating in challenges which led me to teach myself and learn yoga from home over the course of a year. I later on went to get my 200 hour YTT, and also completed another 120 hours of a standing acrobatics and yoga certification. I graduated from another 500 hour advanced TT in April 2020. My flows are highly focused on core strength, and syncing your breath to your movement which I believe is the foundation to a functional and sustainable practice. We will spend time creating heat by moving slowly and intentionally through poses and transitions. I can’t wait to sweat with you all!

Frequently asked questions

Do I need any equipment?
Nope! This is a 100% body weight program. Equipment is not required (outside of a yoga/stretching mat). But you may choose to add in dumbbells if you like!
Is this program beginner friendly?
This is an all levels program meaning regressions and progressions are offered so that a beginner, or an advanced fitness enthusiast could both take this program and modify or progress as needed! There will be lots of scaleable options offered.
Do I need a gym membership?
Nope! This program is designed so you can do it comfortably from your own home. However it can also be easily done in a gym too!
