It’s scaleable. This means if ya aren’t feeling 4 rounds of strength training, you do 2 or 3.

Do I need any equipment?
Nope! This is a 100% body weight program. Equipment is not required (outside of a yoga/stretching mat). But you may choose to add in dumbbells if you like!
Is this program beginner friendly?
This is an all levels program meaning regressions and progressions are offered so that a beginner, or an advanced fitness enthusiast could both take this program and modify or progress as needed! There will be lots of scaleable options offered.
Do I need a gym membership?
Nope! This program is designed so you can do it comfortably from your own home. However it can also be easily done in a gym too!
