This program is for YOU if you are tired of traditional vinyasa classes, maybe stuck in a rut in your own practice and craving more creativity and flow elements on your yoga mat. Build classes were designed by me to take you through the same creative sequence three times. Each round will build on the previous one as you connect your body movements with your breath more and more. In this way, when you arrive to the third round it should feel like a dance-like-state of symbiotic body/breath movements. These classes are meant to take you out of your head and into your heart and you let loose and enjoy the freedom of moving around all four corners of your yoga mat.

Hey lovely humans! I began yoga in early 2014 after I retired from 10 years of professional swimming and coaching. I was completely burnt out and had no idea what the next season of life looked like for me. I found yoga through Instagram and began participating in challenges which led me to teach myself and learn yoga from home over the course of a year. I later on went to get my 200 hour YTT, and also completed another 120 hours of a standing acrobatics and yoga certification. I graduated from another 500 hour advanced TT in April 2020. My flows are highly focused on core strength, and syncing your breath to your movement which I believe is the foundation to a functional and sustainable practice. We will spend time creating heat by moving slowly and intentionally through poses and transitions. I can’t wait to sweat with you all!

We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
