Welcome to your official 30+ program!!! Where the goal is longevity and being strong ass grannies someday. Did you know after 30, we slowly begin to lose muscle each year? It’s so important as we age to reduce the risk of injury and live our best and healthiest lives possible. The goal of these workouts is to make it an EASY YES for you to show up and move your body. That means coming as you are - tea in hand. Throwing on your favorite show and hitting start on your workout.
