When I created this programming I did so from a place of knowing how darn stressful and overwhelming it can be as a beginner to find workouts that you feel like you can ACTUALLY stick with and get results from. Which is why I created classes that feel challenging, but achievable. a TRUE beginner series that will leave you walking away confident in your strength and ability to move your body with weights.

About the program

Welcome!!!! Ahhh I’m so happy you’re here. ❣️ When I created this programming I did so from a place of knowing how darn stressful and overwhelming it can be as a beginner to find workouts that you feel like you can ACTUALLY stick with and get results from. Over the next 6 weeks you’ll get: ✅ 3 full body workouts a week that include mobility, strength training and a cool down all coming in at 18 minutes total ✅ New programming half way through to allow you to build and adapt to current programming, and then switch to new variations to test and grow your muscle development ✅ Full access to a community group with thousands of women also on a journey reclaiming their relationship with fitness ✅ 1-1 access to me and the ability to privately message me throughout this program!

    Frequently asked questions

    What Equipment Do I Need?
    Just a space to set up on the floor and one lighter and one heavier set of dumbbells. That's it! I recommend beginning with a set of 3-5lbs and a set of 8-10lbs.
    Do I need access to a gym?
    Nope! The beauty of these workouts is they are dumbbell only. Meaning as long as you haev dumbbells you can take these classes anywhere you like!
    Can I do these workouts while pregnant/post-partum?
    While I do have loads of mommas and mommas to be in my community, I highly recommend seeking advice from your medical professional about workouts in this season of life.
