Hi lovely, I would call myself an intermediate level yogi (been practicing on and off for 8yrs) but never really advanced to inversions etc. I am writing to ask you about an injury and your advice on the best place to start considering that. I have spondelolisthesis and when it flares up my Piriformis muscle and IT bands become so tight and grab the sciatic nerve and the L5 vertebrae starts to slip, also taking the nerve with it. I am on the verge a of flare atm, but can still move and working daily to release those muscles to help. What are your thoughts on where I should start?
