A collection of my favorite Fighter style Chest & Shoulder workouts. Add in as extra push days. I usually focus on strong shoulder blade movement and elbow mechanics. We train the chest to create confident posture and have tighter b00bs. Then the lateral delts come into play to sculpt your arms and make your hips look smaller.
