What are the goals of the program?
Learn how to contract the lats. Squeeze and depress those shoulder blades to create a v-taper shape and get those hips tighter.
How to get the best outcome of the program?
Focus on your shoulder blade movement and make sure you’re food is dialed in. Consider getting a Body Type Program on the site for extra nutrition science.
What do I need to participate in this program?
A gym preferably. Use the DB Fighter if you’re working with minimal equipment.
How to schedule the program into a week?
Add in as additional work to your Fighter, Surfer or Legend Program.
