What type of workouts are you sharing?
My workouts are mostly full body at home workouts . You can perform them with minimal equipment. They are high energy ranging from full body Hiit style, to circuit strength work and body conditioning sessions .
What’s the main goal for your workouts?
My goal is to help you improve your overall body conditioning , improve your strength , mobility and balance . Help you stay consistent with your fitness goals.
Does the workouts require any equipment?
Minimal equipment such as dumbbells, hip circles, workout bench or chair and jump rope.
