I teach creative, intuitive vinyasa and embodied practices designed to help you soften, strengthen, and reconnect ~ not through performance, but through presence. You’ll find slow, juicy vinyasa flows, grounding practices for the nervous system, and longer embodied sequences that feel like ritual ~ practices you can return to again and again, wherever you are. Creating spaces for soulful, embodied movement

For over a decade, I’ve been teaching yoga and guiding retreats around the world, creating spaces for people to slow down, reconnect, and move more intuitively through life. My teaching has been shaped by many years of travel, and a life built between Southeast Asia and Europe. I draw inspiration from nature, foreign cultures, and slower rhythms of living. I am forever devoted to making life itself the ritual, always seeking to cultivate a deeper level of presence. I’m also the founder of Sirena Retreats, where I host soulful retreat experiences designed to bring women back to themselves through movement, beauty, connection, creativity, and embodied practice. My classes are soulful and intuitive, with the intention of supporting you in becoming more deeply embodied within yourself. You can expect a slow meditative flow, creatively sequenced to drop you out of your head and into the inherent wisdom of your body.

How much does it cost?
Your first 7 days are free, after that it's $11/month or $99/year
I’m new to yoga, will I be able to do your classes?
Yes! Many of my classes are tailored to all levels and while some shapes or transitions may require a bit more strength and body awareness, that's what you'll be building and cultivating! All of my classes offer a lot of permission to honour where you are and take rest when you need it.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
Nope! Ideally, you have a yoga mat to practice on but aside from that you just need that beautiful body of yours. Some yoga props like blocks or a cushion can be helpful but they aren't necessary. Any classes where we'll use props will specifically say it in the beginning and you can always get creative with what you've got on hand around the house.
