Hi, I’m Molly! 👋🏼 I’m a mama of 5 with a Master’s of Science in Exercise Science. I’ve had an average of 7 months between all of my pregnancies and know firsthand the toll pregnancy can have on a body. I have recovered from prolapse and diastasis recti and am passionate about helping mamas return to functional fitness. Despite what you may have been told, your body isn’t broken. You just need the right tools to heal it. 🤍 My programs are not intended to replace seeing a pelvic floor physical therapist and I highly encourage you to do so! I know this might not be accessible for everyone so my goal is to provide an affordable, science backed option that you can do from your own living room.
