About the program

This guide is different than a full workout program. This guide is created to give you a surplus of high intensity workouts that can be done alongside your strength training routine. Make this guide yours! You are able to pick any workout that you want and you do NOT have to go in order. The HIIT workouts are split into 3 categories: Bodyweight HIIT, Weighted HIIT, and Machine HIIT (think running/stair master). There are workouts for all types of hustlers. Traveling, at home, at the gym? We got you! For optimal results in losing weight and gaining a stronger and leaner body, we recommend you incorporate 2 to 3 HIIT workouts weekly, ON TOP OF your normal strength program. These workouts can be tough, but remember, you are tougher!

    Hello! We are Ann and Lo, also known as the minny hustlers! We are two besties currently living in the minny (Minneapolis, MN) area. We met in college in 2013 and have been inseparable ever since. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines.
