Welcome to Mike & Sophie

Where fitness meets fun, and movement becomes a celebration! We are a married, fitness-powered couple based in Los Angeles, California. Our love story began through our passion for fitness, along with our excitement in leading a fun & healthy lifestyle. In an effort to marry these two concepts, we experimented with bringing fundamental movements to the beat, while working out with dumbbells. Inventing our very own “Dance Workouts with Dumbbells!” We believe that exercise should be joyful, not a chore. Through our Dance Workouts with Dumbbells, we aim to make each one of your workouts feel like a celebration! Mike is a former Equinox trainer. He is a weight loss specialist with a remarkable personal transformation from 280lbs to 200lbs after his college football days. Sophie, a student of nutrition and sports medicine, is certified by NASM and Precision Nutrition. She specializes in corrective exercises, nutrition, and pre/post natal. Join us for a workout!
