Time to transform is a progressive at-home workout program with workouts 25-35 minutes each. There is a combination of strength, HIIT, and core workouts that focus on deep core and help you tone up when paired with nutritional changes (check my "Extras tab to view my Women's Nutrition Guide). You'll need dumbbells, a bench or chair or coffee tab, a resistance band, and a core ball.

Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. Thereโ€™s something for everyone โ€” regardless of equipment โ€” to help you get in shape.
