For early postpartum core healing and Diastasis Recti repair. It is ESSENTIAL during this phase to work on your breath work with 360 breathing. Do not skip this, it is how you heal your core and engage muscles to help you go about any movement in your daily life. For each and every rep, perform a deep inhale, on the exhale, engage your core and perform the rep. When rep is complete, inhale and relax your core. Repeat. You will work your way up from core healing to including full body exercises with breath work. FUNDAMENTALS: - 360 breathing - Pelvic Floor Activations (PVAs) - Neutral alignment Incorporate all three of these fundamentals into your workouts and daily activities.
