Get started today!

Perform this program AFTER completing the Early Postpartum or C-Section Recovery programs. It will build on those foundations. You'll start with some lighter and shorter workouts and progress into longer and more challenging ones. Same goes for core work: starting with less difficult and progressing throughout the program. We're still healing and restoring our core and pelvic floor, and this program helps build it up for returning to full function.

Hi friends! Welcome to my page. I’m a mom, prenatal and postpartum fitness specialist and personal trainer, and I’m here to help you be the version of yourself you’ve always hoped you would be. It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
