I provide you with easy-to-follow videos and clear instructions, ensuring you can perform each exercise safely and effectively.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! For this program the workouts can be done at home and you will need a lightweight set of dumbbells, a stability ball, a yoga mat and some resistance bands. If you are a member of a gym, you can easily do your workouts there as well!
