I’m a beginner, is this for me?
No matter where you are in your fitness journey, I can help you succeed. Workouts and programs posted in my app are for any level of fitness. Plus, I will walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! For this program the workouts can be done at home and you will need a lightweight set of dumbbells, a stability ball, a yoga mat and some resistance bands. If you are a member of a gym, you can easily do your workouts there as well!
