Hi, I’m Michelle!
I started my career in retail, became a stay-at-home mom, and eventually found my true passion in fitness. What began as a love for my local gym turned into a career as a club supervisor and personal trainer. When COVID hit, I built a garage gym where I coached 1:1 and continue to train daily with my family.
My Approach to Wellness
I believe fitness is about more than workouts — it’s about building strength, resilience, and confidence that carries into everyday life. Every exercise I program has a purpose: to help you move better, feel stronger, and age well. With consistency, patience, and the right habits, transformation is possible for anyone.
I don’t believe in quick fixes. I believe in creating small, sustainable changes that add up to lasting results. I’ve been through my own transformation, so I know the ups and downs that come with the journey — and I’ll be right there to guide, encourage, and celebrate with you every step of the way.
