You see, these are the types of workouts I love! ✨️
It's the perfect length- not too long, but not too short to where I feel like I could do much more. I also love how difficult it is! Some days I get to the point of a plateau, but these tough ones give me room to get better! So amazing!!
My goal is still to get at least one pull up, and to get 5 push ups without assistance! My arms are getting so strong and it's such a great feeling. Lovely workout today!! 💪🎉
