My arms are getting so much stronger and it's really exciting! Tho after a week of vacation, I gotta get myself back up to where I was! I'm loving the weighted sections, though with some of the gym equipment moves, I casually trade them out for dumbell moves! 🏋‍♀️✨️

I had an accountability partner during this workout today!! Loved being able to lift weights with someone else, had a lot of fun! 💪✨️ It's also so amazing to see how far I've come. I'm able to hold those dead hands for the full time length now!! Little to no pain!! I'm just hanging around- 😂🏋‍♀️

What a fun day today! I was still super sore from yesterday, but it's actually quite a nice feeling to workout over the soreness. Feeling strong!! Though for the last meter blast at the end, I exchanged it for a mix of some weighted squat movements and jumping jacks! A bit of weights and cardio for the end of it! 🏋‍♀️💕

My poor arms- 😂💪 For me, I did a little arm stretch after practically every single weight round. It was almost like a mini "reset" for each round, so I can do more without cramping. Feeling really strong today!! Update: I reached my one push up goal recently!! I can fully pull myself up and back down without assistance! ✨️ Now to Goal #2 - two pull ups! 🏋‍♀️

Those dead hangs are slowly becoming easier for me! Of course I'm in a lot of pain while holding on, but today's the first day I didn't let go! My upper body strength's growing, and I'm so excited to see how far I can get in this journey!! 💪✨️

You see, these are the types of workouts I love! ✨️ It's the perfect length- not too long, but not too short to where I feel like I could do much more. I also love how difficult it is! Some days I get to the point of a plateau, but these tough ones give me room to get better! So amazing!! My goal is still to get at least one pull up, and to get 5 push ups without assistance! My arms are getting so strong and it's such a great feeling. Lovely workout today!! 💪🎉
