      📸 Before & After Photo Guidelines

      Important: If you do NOT want your photos shared, be sure to mark “Do Not Repost” when submitting in the app. Due Dates: • Before photos: submit by April 7 • After photos: submit by June 27 1️⃣ What to Wear Wear something that allows you to clearly see your progress while staying comfortable. Examples: 👙 2-piece bathing suit 🩲 Bra & underwear 🏋️‍♀️ Sports bra + shorts 2️⃣ Keep It Consistent Take your before and after photos in the same: • Outfit • Lighting • Body position • Location 3️⃣ Choose a Simple Setup Use a clean, uncluttered background when possible so your progress is easy to see. 4️⃣ Photo Angles Submit up to 4 full-body photos. Make sure your full body is visible. • Front view • Side view • Back view 5️⃣ Keep It Simple No need for signs or anything complicated — just clear, full-body photos.

        ✨This is a structured program — not random workouts. ▪️You follow a clear 6-week plan so you always know what to do next. ▪️Workouts are organized, easy to navigate, and designed for progression. ▪️You can track your workouts, stay consistent, and build real strength over time. ▪️You’ll also get community support and direct messaging with Michelle. ✨Plus, it’s ad-free with better music and a more focused training experience.
        Can I watch or cast the workouts to my TV or laptop?
        Yes — you can watch workouts on your mobile device, cast them to your TV, or stream to your laptop. Works on iPhone, iPad, and Android devices. Can cast to TVs using Apple TV, Chromecast, or Amazon Fire TV / Fire Stick. You can also stream workouts to your laptop. A mobile device is required to access and play workouts. There is currently no native TV app. Roku and direct streaming on Samsung Smart TVs are not supported. Only full-length workouts can be cast (not short exercise clips).
        What equipment do I need for this program?
        This program is designed for at-home training with simple equipment. Main equipment: ✅Dumbbells ✅Bench, or sturdy surface ✅Big Exercise Ball ✅Mat ✅Ankle Weights ✅Glute Loop Optional equipment: resistance bands, heel wedges, ab wheel, and sliders or gliders.
        Will I get nutrition guidance with this program?
        Yes — you’ll get access to the Midlife Meal Guide to support your results. 🥗 Simple guidance on calories and macros 📊 Easy starting points to help you fuel your body 🎥 Short, educational videos on nutrition 🧠 Practical tips to support consistency and your approach This is designed to give you a clear, realistic framework to support your workouts — not a strict meal plan to follow.
