The Base Theory Training 30 Day Strength and Mobility Program is the only program you will ever need. Combining the elements of strength and mobility into an easy to follow structured program, that can be done anywhere anytime, only taking 15-25 minutes daily.
The only equipment needed is your body and gravity. Guaranteed you will move, feel, and look better in 30 days!
Each day you will have 5 movements to perform for 1 minute each, this will be done as a circuit. You will complete a total of 3 rounds, taking as much rest as needed in between movements and or sets. Each daily training session is approximately 15-25 minutes.
Each night prior to your next training session, get familiar with the upcoming workout to be prepared, accountable, and excited to get after it !!
