It's a 2-4 week structured reset designed to reduce inflammation, support your liver's detox pathways, and stabilize blood sugar so your body can finally start working with you. Through anti-inflammatory eating, targeted hydration, stress support, and optional supplementation, the Flush addresses the root systems that drive hormonal chaos, PMS, fatigue, and digestive issues.

Frequently asked questions

How long do I follow this for?
The Flush phase lasts 2–4 weeks. We recommend starting with 3 weeks and reassessing your energy, digestion, sleep, and bloating before moving on.
Do I need to buy supplements?
Supplements are recommended to support liver detox pathways and antioxidant balance during this phase, and are designed to work alongside the meal plan. Ideally, you'd start eating the Flush foods once your supplements arrive.
Will I feel worse before I feel better?
Some people do experience temporary headaches, fatigue, or digestion changes early on. This is normal and typically settles as inflammation decreases and elimination improves.
How often should I do the Flush Protocol?
The Flush Protocol can absolutely be revisited. Micaela recommends doing it twice a year as a reset — it's a great way to get ahead of seasonal shifts, hormone fluctuations, or any period where your body is feeling sluggish, inflamed, or off-balance.
