Do I need to purchase equipment? It depends on the workout! Make sure to check out each program to see what is required to complete it. No matter what you have access to, there’s something for everyone (both in the gym workouts and at home modifications) to help you hit your goals.
What are the seasonal challenges and how do I participate? Three times a year - in January, April, and September - we run a community challenge with prizes. Each challenge includes a full video walkthrough, all the details you need to participate, and a tracker to keep you on track. You'll join the challenge within the app.
