What makes this app different from other creators?
Everything inside this app is the exact programming Micaela has used to heal her own body from Hashimoto's and PCOS, and still to follow today. This isn't just content she put together for you. It's what she actually lives, from the workouts to the meal plans. Beyond that, Micaela brings her knowledge as a Board Certified Functional Nutritionist and Functional Diagnostic Practitioner to help you make sense of the symptoms you're dealing with, without the overwhelm of trying to sort through everything on the internet yourself. You get access to someone who has been through it and has studied it in depth, and helps you put all of the pieces together.
What's included in my membership?
Your membership gives you access to monthly workouts, a growing wellness education library covering gut health, hormones, metabolism, and toxic free living, monthly meal plans, live Q&A calls with Micaela, a recipe archive, seasonal challenges, and more. New content is added every month so there's always something new to explore.
When are the live calls and how do I join?
Micaela hosts a live Q&A on the first Monday of every month at 7pm EST via Zoom. You can join live or submit your questions ahead of time through the message function on your profile.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Make sure to check out each program to see what is required to complete it. No matter what you have access to, there’s something for everyone (both in the gym workouts and at home modifications) to help you hit your goals.
What are the seasonal challenges and how do I participate?
Three times a year - in January, April, and September - we run a community challenge with prizes. Each challenge includes a full video walkthrough, all the details you need to participate, and a tracker to keep you on track. You'll join the challenge within the app.
How do I know where to start?
Head straight to the Start Here section. Micaela's app walkthrough video will show you exactly how to navigate everything and help you figure out the best place to begin based on where you're at.
