About Ethereal Yoga

Yoga Teacher

I am a wife and a mom, who loves teaching yoga on the side. I am a Certified Yoga Teacher (200-hour CYT from My Vinyasa Practice). Helping those to heal gives my soul purpose. An injury put me on a path to bring my yoga practice back to the basics. I found ways to heal my internal pain through movements and meditation. So many of us suffer from chronic pain anxiety, depression, and I want to help those to find comfort internally. My yoga practice is for all levels. I believe you must bring your whole SELF to the table. I'm a healer, and this is what brought me to create Ethereal Yoga. Classes are designed for all levels of yoga. We are here to help find the practice that works for you through this process. Let us get you started on your personal path to healing. If you are looking for a class for decreasing inflammation, muscle aches, headaches, anxiety, arthritis, stiffness, back pain, hip pain, shoulder pain, etc., you have come to the right place. I suffered a back injury in 2019 which took me on a year road trip to recovery where I healed myself using props when practicing yoga. Or just looking for flexibility, cardio, mindfulness... you have also come to the right place. We have a variety to choose from.

My app features programs, and timed yoga flows to suit any time you have available and displays ways to support your practice no matter what level you are at in the comfort of your own home. You also get a wrist care guide and access to workouts from 1,000+ other top instructors and trainers.
I'm a beginner, are your classes for me?
My programs are for all levels. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, my classes can help you succeed. Yoga is different for ALL of us, but it all leads us to our higher SELF! To feel alive and well. To decrease pain holistically. Teaching us and our children what self-love really is, creating peace, and mindfulness. It starts with helping to change the PERCEPTION of what yoga is. I am here for you and your practice. Don't get caught up in the poses. Let me help guide you to feeling your best!
Do I need to purchase equipment?
For my practice, you do not have to purchase equipment. You can use books, couch cushions, chairs, etc. that might already be available in your home. For other trainers, it depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
