Like the name implies, we’re going to work our way into a hot body cooked at home. It’s really that simple, you show up and I walk--more like sprint--you through a series of uplifting, but grueling, but energizing training sessions geared toward teaching you to take control of your body and thus of your mental-emotional states. Week in and week out we train together, yup I’m doing EVERYTHING with you and together we chip away at the block until we make your hot body through absolute focus and a ton of fun!
