About the program

Like the name implies, we’re going to work our way into a hot body cooked at home. It’s really that simple, you show up and I walk--more like sprint--you through a series of uplifting, but grueling, but energizing training sessions geared toward teaching you to take control of your body and thus of your mental-emotional states.
