Personal Trainer

Hey, it’s Meg! I’m so glad you’re here! I am a certified personal trainer and I have always loved fitness. I grew up a gymnast and cheerleader and then fell in love with weight lifting. I have learned so much, and I am beyond excited to finally be sharing my love and passion for health and fitness with all of you. I have transformed my own mind and body with weight lifting and I can't wait to help others do the same. I have a love for creating programs, one on one coaching, healthy meal ideas, and helping others transform their body and mind by creating healthy habits. About The Program

This program is a compilation of some of my favorite movements that I have seen the best results from. This is a 5-day strength training program with an optional 6th HIIT workout. Inside there are warm-ups, and hour-ish long strength training workouts, LISS cardio, mobility exercises and recovery work. My goal for this program was to create something that is well-rounded and allows you to repeat as many times as you want without feeling burnt out. A program that has a little bit of everything. It is designed as a progressive overload program, which means you repeat the same movements each week. As time goes on, the reps decrease and the goal is to gradually increase your weight. It is a 6 week program with the option to repeat as many times as you want! I have seen massive growth doing progressive overload training, and I’m excited to see how you guys like it!     What are the goals of this program?
    * Increase overall lean muscle mass * Build overall strength * Increase overall athletic ability * Improve mobility & flexibility * Become consistent in daily movement & exercise * GROW physical and mentally * GLOW from the inside out
    What do I need to participate?
    * You need a gym that has standard workout equipment * A desire to be consistent and work hard
    Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
    * The workouts are designed for all levels * Beginners: go slow, use less weight, use longer rest periods, and focus on form * Advanced: increase weight, reps and reduce rest time as you progress
    What’s the schedule?
    * Weight training 4 times per week * 1 day LISS cardio and core * 1 optional HIIT workout * 1 full rest day * Mobility and stretching mixed in
    How will I get the best results?
    * Get proper sleep (7-9 hours a night is a must) * Dedicated nutrition regimen that consists of wholesome & natural ingredients * Drink LOTS of water * Make sure to use the active recovery day and full rest day to allow muscles to recover * Foam rolling, icing and heating sore muscles * Stretching and mobility work is KEY
    Are there any modifications for the exercises?
    * Yes! If you need help modifying any workouts send me a message in the app and I’ll be happy to help!
