What do I need to participate? * You need a gym that has standard workout equipment
* A desire to be consistent and work hard
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? * The workouts are designed for all levels
* Beginners: go slow, use less weight, use longer rest periods, and focus on form
* Advanced: increase weight, reps and reduce rest time as you progress
* Weight training 4 times per week
* 1 day LISS cardio and core
* 1 optional HIIT workout
* 1 full rest day
* Mobility and stretching mixed in
How will I get the best results? * Get proper sleep (7-9 hours a night is a must)
* Dedicated nutrition regimen that consists of wholesome & natural ingredients
* Drink LOTS of water
* Make sure to use the active recovery day and full rest day to allow muscles to recover
* Foam rolling, icing and heating sore muscles
* Stretching and mobility work is KEY
