As a super busy mom with minimal time, I understand the challenge of squeezing in workouts. But I also know it's crucial for my health and as a role model to my kids. I'm on a mission to help as many moms as possible find love for movement in as little as 20 minutes a day, offering pilates, strength training, barre, mobility, and so much more.
My fitness journey began in college when I ran my first half marathon. That experience propelled me into strength training, and I soon started working as a personal trainer at 24 Hour Fitness, nearly 15 years ago. From there, I earned my Bachelor's degree in exercise science, and I've gathered numerous certifications along the way. My latest one being a Postpartum Specialist, and I'm currently studying for my Menopause Certification.
