Following a nutrition program along side a fitness program will set you up for success. If you are interested in nutrition coaching, please message me! I offer 1:1 nutrition coaching Proper sleep! I recommend 7-8 hours a night! Hydration!!! aim for 100 ounces of water a day STAYING CONSISTENT!!!! gotta put in the work to get results!
What is the workout schedule?
weightlifting 5 days a week, 2 active rest days! on your active rest days, I encourage you to go for a long walk or do some stretching at home!
