What is the goal of this program? The goal of this program is to build and maintain lean muscle while also using simple movements and quick workouts.
How does someone get the best outcome from this program? Just start! The hardest part is starting. Pick up the weights that are challenging. You can always drop them and go lighter but you will never know your limits until you try! You should be at the point of failure for your last reps/sets. Stay consistent and determined and you will see results.
What does someone need to participate in this program? Access to a treadmill or some type of cardio machine is ideal but not necessary. If needed, you can do the cardio part of class outside on a running trail!
You will need access to dumbbells and simple gym equipment. You can substitute most exercises for bodyweight exercises and lighter weights!
