I grew up in Brooklyn, NYC, where I ran cross country and track for three years. I was fast but skinny, and I wanted to build real strength. I started training in public parks, learning from some of the strongest calisthenics athletes and groups. I focused on push-ups, pull-ups, dips, and muscle-ups, using constant variety to challenge myself and keep progressing.
During my five years as a lifeguard at Coney Island, I earned my personal trainer certification and began leading group workouts right on the beach. We combined swimming drills, bodyweight training, and conditioning to get people stronger, faster, and more resilient in the elements.
After that, I moved to Switzerland, where I worked my way up as a personal trainer. I became the top-selling coach at my gym and trained over 100 one-on-one clients. That’s where I truly learned how to program for different bodies and unique goals. At the same time, I was leading group bootcamps and performance classes, coaching everyone from beginners to professionals. No matter who they were, people kept showing up for the same reason — they loved the variety and results that came from using simple tools.
That’s when my method came to life. One bell, one band, one body. It trains everything at once — strength, muscle, power, conditioning, mobility, and efficiency — all in under 30 minutes.
Since then, I’ve helped over 1,500 people transform through my app and continue coaching eight group classes every week with 40 + people.
